PouchControl is a private oral pouch habit tracker for adults who already use oral pouches and want a self-tracking tool for check-ins, skips, delays, logged use, reminders, and habit planning.
PouchControl does not use an account, app-owned cloud backend, analytics, or ads. Habit data is stored locally on your device by the app.

PouchControl is a self-tracking and habit-planning tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or guaranteed outcomes. If you have health concerns or questions about your oral pouch habit, consider speaking with a qualified healthcare professional.
Data stored locally on your device
The app may store the following information locally on your device so it can provide its core features:
- Setup choices such as daily baseline count, wake and sleep schedule, reminder preferences, and default timer settings.
- Planned check-in windows and related status.
- Skip, delay, and logged use actions you enter.
- Removal timer state, daily summaries, history, and app settings.
Data not collected by PouchControl
PouchControl does not use an account, app-owned cloud backend, analytics, or ads. Habit data is stored locally on your device by the app.
The app does not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, precise location, medical history, oral pouch brand, or pouch strength information.
How local data is used
The app uses local data to create daily check-in plans, show current and upcoming check-ins, let you skip, delay, or log use, run local reminders, and show summaries and history on your device.
Website support requests
The local-only statements above describe the PouchControl iPhone app. If you use the website support form, the email address, topic, and message you provide are transmitted to Kitt OÜ through Zone's hosting and email infrastructure so the support team can respond.
Support-form information is not combined with your in-app habit data or used for advertising or marketing. Short-lived, pseudonymous abuse-prevention records may be kept for up to 24 hours. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain support records, or meet legal obligations. Please do not include sensitive habit, health, password, or payment details.
App Store purchases
If PouchControl offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Kitt OÜ does not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide purchase status information needed to provide subscription access to PouchControl and for App Store reporting.
Apple's handling of App Store purchases is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
Notifications
PouchControl may ask for permission to send local notifications, such as check-in reminders, delayed check-in reminders, timer reminders, or recap reminders. Notifications are generated locally by the app. You can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Data deletion
You can delete local app data from inside the app when that feature is available. Deleting local app data removes app records from your device, but it does not cancel any App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through Apple.
Uninstalling the app may remove local app data depending on iOS behavior. Apple may retain App Store purchase records under Apple's own policies.
Children's privacy
PouchControl is intended for adults who already use oral pouches. It is not intended for children or minors and should not be marketed to them.
Security
PouchControl relies on Apple's device security features and local app storage. You can help protect your data by using a device passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, and keeping your device software up to date.
Changes to this policy
Kitt OÜ may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. Material changes involving accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, support tooling, or data sharing will be reflected here.
