Removal timer
Remember when it is time to remove it.
Log use, choose a duration, and get a local reminder when the timer ends.
Now available for iPhone
Turn nicotine-pouch or snus use into a realistic daily plan. Log, delay, or skip each check-in, remember when to remove a pouch, and see what reducing could save—all in one private app.
For adults who already use nicotine pouches or snus. Requires iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
Control you can see
Stay aware during use and turn gradual change into something visible—not just a number you meant to remember.

Pack-cost savings
Add your pack size and price to estimate savings from the activity you actually record.
Automatic, until it isn’t
Pouch use can slip into the background until the choice barely feels like a choice. Whether you want to maintain a deliberate level or gradually use fewer pouches, PouchControl brings each moment back into view.
The goal is not perfection. It is making the next choice on purpose.
How it works
Set a plan around your real routine, then work with what actually happens.
Start with your usual daily count, waking hours, and direction—Maintain, Reduce, or Quit-oriented. PouchControl turns them into a private plan with clear check-in windows.
When a check-in arrives, pause and record your choice. If something happens outside the plan, use Log unplanned usage.
See the day as it happened. History keeps planned and unplanned use, skips, progress, and estimated savings visible over time.
One day, clearly seen
Four focused tabs keep the current choice in front of you and the wider pattern within reach.
01 · Today
See the active check-in, what comes next, the removal timer, daily progress, and your recap.
02 · Schedule
Browse planned, current, resolved, and upcoming windows. Correct a missed check-in without rebuilding the plan.
03 · History
Review saved days and weekly progress, then use your pack price and size to estimate savings from recorded activity.
After you log use
Start a removal timer for a duration you choose. If reminders are enabled, PouchControl sends a local notification when the timer ends so the event does not disappear into the rest of your day.
You choose the duration, and reminders can be changed or turned off at any time.
Start where you are
Choose a Maintain, Reduce, or Quit-oriented goal, then set a pace that feels workable. Adjust targets, hold the plan when needed, and use the 30-day projection to see where your current settings lead.
A projection is a planning view, not a promise.
Why I built PouchControl
I noticed that I could move from one pouch to the next without paying much attention—and sometimes forget to remove the previous one. I wanted a simple reminder that did not turn the habit into a public profile or a medical program.
The removal timer became PouchControl: a private way to make the whole routine visible, plan the day realistically, and make the next choice on purpose.
Built from a real pouch-use problem, not a generic habit-tracker template.
Private by design
Core habit data is stored locally on your device. PouchControl does not require an account or use an app-owned cloud backend for core habit tracking. There are no ads or behavioral analytics.
App Store purchases and subscription information are handled separately by Apple.

It records your daily plan, check-in choices, unplanned usage, timers, and progress over time. It does not track nicotine strength or dosage, and it does not recommend products.
