Apple Standard EULA
PouchControl is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your license to use the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless Kitt OÜ provides a separate custom license in App Store Connect.

Supplemental terms
These supplemental terms apply to your use of PouchControl in addition to the Apple Standard EULA. If there is a conflict, the Apple Standard EULA controls where required by Apple or applicable law.
Purpose of the app
PouchControl is a self-tracking and habit-planning app for adults who already use oral pouches. It helps users record check-ins, skips, delays, logged use, reminders, and related habit history.
No medical advice
PouchControl does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or guaranteed outcomes. Do not use the app as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have health concerns or questions about your oral pouch habit, consider speaking with a qualified healthcare professional.
Responsible use
You are responsible for how you use the app and for deciding whether it is appropriate for your circumstances. The app is not intended for minors and should not be used to encourage oral pouch use.
Subscriptions and purchases
If PouchControl offers paid features, subscriptions and purchases are handled through Apple. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed according to Apple's App Store terms and settings. Deleting app data or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Local data
PouchControl does not use an account, app-owned cloud backend, analytics, or ads. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and device backups if you want to preserve local app data.
Changes and availability
Kitt OÜ may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app over time. Features may vary by device, operating system, App Store region, or purchase status.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kitt OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PouchControl. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection laws.
Governing law
These supplemental terms are governed by Estonian law, while preserving any mandatory local consumer protections that apply to you.
